Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving cleaning services from Mely's Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Mely's Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Ankeny, Des Moines, Johnston, Altoona, and surrounding areas in central Iowa. The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an in-person assessment of your space. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. We do not charge hidden fees. Any changes to the scope of work after the estimate may affect the final price, and we will communicate any adjustments clearly before proceeding.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply. You are responsible for securing valuables and notifying us of any special conditions or restricted areas prior to the appointment.
Satisfaction & Complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed appointment and we will make it right at no additional charge. Complaints raised after this window may not be eligible for a re-clean.
Limitation of Liability
Mely's Cleaning Services LLC carries insurance and takes care in handling your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
